Our Programs

Rural women and adolescent girls are trained in market-ready trades — tailoring, catering, soap-making, and beadwork — then supported with start-up micro-grants and grouped into savings cooperatives so their income keeps growing after training ends.

We identify brilliant but underprivileged pupils in rural primary and secondary schools and provide full-term scholarships, learning materials, and support for basic school infrastructure so that no child is kept out of a classroom by cost.

Working alongside community health workers, this program supports antenatal care, organizes immunization drives, teaches household nutrition, and trains local health volunteers who can respond long after a program visit ends.

Through community dialogues with traditional and religious leaders, sensitization campaigns, and rights-based education for young people, this campaign challenges early marriage, gender-based violence, and the denial of inheritance rights to women and girls.

A workshop series that equips women and young people with the practical skills of leadership — civic participation, local governance, public speaking, and project management — so they can take up seats at the tables where decisions about their communities are made.

Rural women farmers are trained in climate-smart agricultural techniques, connected to improved seedlings, and organized into cooperatives that strengthen bargaining power and food security for their households and communities.

A cross-cutting initiative that layers entrepreneurship, agricultural, and health skill-building on top of our other programs, so that the women, adolescents, and communities we work with are equipped to sustain and extend progress on their own.
