Rural Impact for Children and Women Empowerment Initiative (RICWEI) is a not-for-profit, non-political organization incorporated on 21 March 2026 under the Companies and Allied Matters Act, CAP C20 LFN 2004. We work to promote the economic empowerment of rural women and adolescent girls, improve access to quality education and healthcare, and advocate for policies that advance gender equality and social inclusion.

Skills acquisition in tailoring, catering, soap-making, and beadwork, with micro-grants and cooperative formation to sustain livelihoods.
